Austin Bazaar SignatureCare covers manufacturing defects for up to one year from purchase (excluding wind instruments).
- Valid only for instruments bought directly from Austin Bazaar.
- Not valid for items marked as “Used.”
- Non-transferable; only the original purchaser can claim.
What’s Not Covered
- Used instruments and wind instruments.
- Accessories and consumables (strings, reeds, etc.).
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage.
- Environmental damage (humidity, temperature, liquids).

What does SignatureCare cover?
It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Excludes wind instruments, used items, accessories, misuse, and environmental damage.
How do I register and make a claim?
Register online with your email and order number. For claims, provide photos, videos, proof of purchase, and await approval before shipping at your expense.
Who pays shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways. Please pack securely to avoid transit damage.
Is SignatureCare transferable?
No, SignatureCare coverage is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
What can void my SignatureCare coverage?
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, fraudulent claims, intentional damage, and environmental damage can void your coverage immediately.
Are accessories or consumables covered?
No, items such as strings, reeds, drumsticks, picks, cables, and batteries are considered consumables and are not covered.
What happens in case of disputes?
Disputes will first be reviewed internally by Austin Bazaar. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through binding arbitration according to the Terms & Conditions.
